DESCRIPTION
The 18th century work shirt is a men’s basic shirt. These shirts have more slimline sleeves then the other styles. They have a single pewter button closure at the neckline and pewter buttons on the cuffs. These shirts are upper thigh length and are made in your choice of two different period correct fabrics: Osnaburg or Muslin.
Osnaburg is a general term for coarse, plain weave fabric.
Muslin is a cotton fabric which is fine and smooth in texture and are woven from evenly spun warps and wefts, or fillings.
